Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 19, 2026
S7venGen Studio ("S7venGen," "we," "us," or "our") is a media-production and social-publishing service operated by Sevenfold Media LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you when you use S7venGen or connect a third-party account such as Facebook or Instagram.
1. Scope and Service Operator
This policy applies to the S7venGen Studio website and application at s7vengen.sevenfoldmedia.com, including its account, media-processing, scheduling, publishing, and connected-platform features. S7venGen is operated by Sevenfold Media LLC.
2. Information We Collect
Account and contact information
We collect information used to create, secure, and support your workspace, such as your name or business name, username, email address, optional phone number, account settings, and a securely hashed version of your password. We do not store your S7venGen password in plain text.
Media and publishing information
We collect the video, audio, images, titles, captions, hashtags, scheduling choices, destination selections, and other content you upload or create in S7venGen. We also retain operational information about requested publishing jobs, including their status, selected platforms, timestamps, platform responses, and resulting post identifiers or links.
Optional named-face profiles
If an authorized workspace user chooses to create a named-face profile for person-specific editing, S7venGen processes a user-selected frame from that workspace's video or an uploaded reference photo to create a numeric face template and compares that template with faces visible in that workspace's media. We retain the profile name, private reference frame or photo, numeric template, and per-clip match results only to select requested footage. Profiles and matches are isolated to the client workspace that created them, are processed on S7venGen-controlled servers, are not used to identify people outside that workspace, and are not used to train a generalized face-recognition model. The authorized user must have permission from the depicted adult before enrolling the profile.
Support information
When you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message.
Technical and security information
Our servers may automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, session information, and security or error logs. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the service.
3. Facebook and Instagram Platform Data
Meta connection is optional and begins only when you choose Connect Meta and authorize S7venGen through Meta's authorization screen. Depending on the permissions you grant and the assets available to your Meta account, S7venGen may receive and process:
- Your basic Meta login identity needed to associate the authorization with your S7venGen workspace.
- The names and identifiers of Facebook Pages you manage or explicitly authorize, along with Page tasks or capabilities needed to determine whether publishing is available.
- A limited set of recent content from an authorized Page, such as post text, creation time, permalink, and preview image, so you can confirm the correct Page before assigning it.
- The identifier, username, name, profile image, and Page association of a professional Instagram account linked to an authorized Facebook Page.
- Meta access tokens and granted-permission information needed to retrieve authorized assets and perform the publishing actions you request.
- The media, caption, destination, format, schedule, publishing status, platform response, and resulting post or media identifier associated with content you direct S7venGen to publish.
S7venGen uses this data only to display authorized destinations, let you select the correct Page and linked Instagram professional account, retrieve limited recent activity for destination verification, publish or schedule content at your direction, show publishing status, and provide links to resulting posts. We do not use Meta Platform Data for advertising, data brokerage, surveillance, credit or eligibility decisions, or training generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
4. Other Connected Services
YouTube and Google data
S7venGen requests permission to identify the YouTube channel you select and upload videos you approve. We may store the channel identifier, channel name, public channel image or URL, authorization tokens, approved video metadata, upload status, and the resulting YouTube video identifier. We use this data only to show the authorized destination, maintain the connection, publish approved Shorts at your direction, and display publishing status and links. S7venGen does not currently retrieve YouTube Analytics such as views, likes, watch time, subscriber changes, or retention.
You can disconnect YouTube from Connect Socials or revoke access through your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting removes the stored S7venGen authorization and stops future API access. You can separately request deletion of retained publishing records using the deletion process below.
TikTok data
For TikTok, S7venGen may receive the connected creator's identifier, nickname, username, avatar, public videos, video descriptions, duration, share URL, and public performance counts such as views, likes, comments, and shares. S7venGen also retrieves the creator's available privacy choices, interaction availability, and maximum permitted duration when preparing a post.
For TikTok Direct Post, we process the previewed video, editable caption, selected privacy and interaction choices, commercial-content disclosures, AI-generated-content disclosure, consent confirmation, video URL, publish identifier, and processing status. S7venGen does not initiate a TikTok upload until the user previews the video, reviews the settings, and expressly confirms the post. TikTok data is used only for the connected creator's publishing workflow and visible performance comparison inside that creator's authorized workspace.
You can disconnect TikTok from Connect Socials or revoke access through TikTok. Disconnecting removes the stored S7venGen authorization and stops future API access. You can separately request deletion of retained publishing and performance records using the deletion process below.
5. How We Use Information
- Provide, authenticate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot S7venGen.
- Process uploaded media and create the edits or promotional content you request.
- When you explicitly select a named-face profile, locate matching footage for a person-specific edit.
- Connect authorized social accounts and display available destinations.
- Publish or schedule content only after an authorized user selects the content, destination, format, and timing.
- Show recent activity, publishing history, status, and links to resulting posts.
- Respond to support, privacy, security, and account requests.
- Prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents, and comply with applicable law.
6. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell or rent personal information or connected-platform data. We do not share Meta Platform Data with data brokers or advertising networks. We may disclose information only in the following circumstances:
- At your direction: We transmit content and necessary publishing information to the social platform and destination you select.
- Service providers: Hosting, storage, email-delivery, security, and technical-support providers may process information for us under our instructions and only as needed to provide their services.
- Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or respond to lawful process.
- Business changes: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and continued protection of the information.
7. Storage, Security, and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, server-side credential handling, hashed S7venGen passwords, and encrypted network connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain account information, uploaded media, generated content, connected-account records, and publishing history for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with law. You may delete eligible media within S7venGen or request deletion as described below.
A named-face profile and its clip-match records remain until an authorized user deletes that profile or the associated workspace data is deleted. Deleting the profile removes its numeric face template, reference frame or photo, and cached match records.
Recent Facebook and Instagram content displayed for destination verification is generally retrieved from Meta when needed rather than maintained as a separate long-term archive. Publishing records, result identifiers, links, and previews associated with actions performed through S7venGen may remain in your publishing history until deleted under our retention practices or through a verified deletion request.
8. Your Choices and Controls
- Disconnect Meta: In S7venGen, open Connect Socials and choose Disconnect Meta. This removes the active Meta authorization from the workspace, removes its Facebook and Instagram workspace assignments, and prevents new publishing through that connection.
- Revoke through Meta: You may also remove S7venGen Studio from your Facebook Business Integrations settings. Revocation may invalidate Meta access tokens but does not automatically erase S7venGen account information or prior publishing records.
- Manage content: You may use available S7venGen controls to delete eligible uploaded media and generated content.
- Manage named-face profiles: Authorized users may delete a workspace's named-face profile, reference frame or photo, numeric template, and cached clip matches.
- Privacy requests: You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account by following the instructions below.
9. User Data Deletion Instructions
To request deletion of your S7venGen account data, including stored connected-platform identifiers, authorization credentials still held by S7venGen, workspace assignments, and publishing records:
- Submit your request through the S7venGen contact form.
- Use the subject or first line S7venGen Data Deletion Request and include the S7venGen username and email address associated with the account. Do not send your password, Meta password, access token, or verification code.
- We may request limited information to verify that you control the affected account.
- After verification, we will delete or de-identify data covered by the request within 30 days and confirm completion, except information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Disconnecting a social platform stops future use of that connection but is not the same as deleting the entire S7venGen account. Use the process above when you want the associated stored data deleted.
10. Age Restriction
S7venGen is a business media-production service intended solely for adults who are at least 18 years old. Individuals under 18 may not create an account, access, or use S7venGen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe a person under 18 has provided information to us, please notify us through the S7venGen contact form.
11. International Processing
S7venGen and its service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws different from the laws where you live.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to S7venGen, connected-platform requirements, or applicable law. We will post the updated policy at this URL and revise the "Last Updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by another appropriate method.
