1. Description of Service

S7venGen is an automated media production and management platform. We provide tools to upload raw video clips, apply automated editing via our AI engine, and schedule the resulting promotional content to connected third-party social media platforms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, access, or use S7venGen. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to use the Service. By creating an account or using S7venGen, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you access or use S7venGen on behalf of a business or other organization, you also represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user is under 18 or lacks the required authority.

3. User Content & Responsibilities

You retain all ownership rights to the raw video, audio, and images you upload to our platform. However, by using S7venGen, you agree to the following:

• Ownership: You must own or hold the necessary licenses and permissions for all media you upload.
• Uploaded Music: Before uploading an audio track, you must have permission covering both the musical composition and the sound recording, including the right to synchronize the music with video and publish the resulting content on your selected platforms. Purchasing or streaming access alone may not provide those rights.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, explicit, abusive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Third-Party Integrations

S7venGen allows you to connect and publish directly to third-party platforms, including TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google (YouTube). By using these integrations, you agree to be bound by their respective Terms of Service:

When you direct S7venGen to publish to YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram, you certify that you own the content or have all permissions needed to publish it, that the content complies with the selected platform's terms and community guidelines, and that your caption, music, commercial-content disclosures, AI-content disclosures, audience, privacy, and interaction selections are accurate. Connecting an account does not authorize S7venGen to publish without a separate user-directed publishing action.

5. Intellectual Property

The S7venGen platform, including its original code, AI processing engines, design, and user interface, is the exclusive property of Sevenfold Media LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

S7venGen is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and render reliability, Sevenfold Media LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sevenfold Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost data, lost social media reach, or render failures.
